Haha, I can officially call myself a pattern designer! I never thought I'd be able to say that. OK to be fair, it was a collaboration encouraged by my good friend Nadia from The Moule Hole.
Nadia and I became friends through Instagram - seriously! That was about two and a half years ago, and now it's like we've always known each other even though we've never met in person. I offered to test one of her patterns, and then that turned into several more pattern tests, and now tech editing, and regular FaceTime calls.
Nadia's patterns are very appealing (check out her Etsy shop here) - modern with a hint of nostalgia, but nothing too complicated or distracting. There is always a super nice detail in every pattern that makes the item stand out, and her pattern testers often say that those little details are what they love most. She mostly designs baby and children's patterns but there are a few adult and home patterns as well. One of my most-requested custom order items is the Honey Bear Hoodie, which is one of Nadia's patterns I tested a long while back.
She has just released her Mini Moule pattern collection, which has 6 coordinating gender-neutral patterns: a romper, a hoodie, the booties, a bonnet, and a double-pom hat.
I have already made the bonnet and you can bet that I'll be trying another one of those patterns soon!
